Proactive Monitoring
Mechanisms will be put in place at the customers site so that the systems themselves will alert GetIT when there are issues. Types of issues monitored include, but are not limited to:

• Backup - Backup logs will be sent to GetIT daily and GetIT will contact the customer, rather than have the customer have to open a ticket for repair.

• Windows server eventlogs - servers can be configured to screen their own logs for certain events that may indicate eventual hardware failure or software problems that may need addressing.

• Server outages, should a server become unresponsive, GetIT techs can be paged immediately via SMS text messaging to ensure the issue can be addressed.
